TOTAL PAGES THIS WEEK 115 pages.QUESTION 1 :What advice would you give to a particular character? Why?
RESPONSE 1:Teagan Phillips is the main character in this story. My advice to her, will be to take life as it comes, it seems like she has everything planned out. She often talks, money is always involved, for example when she was talking about the DJ she was going to hire, she talked about how much money she paid him and how that’s the only reason he accepted. She doesn’t really care about anything else but her, so I will also say to be more open minded, talk to more kids than just people that go to "Rose Wood Prep". For example how she doesn’t talk to her friend Emily anymore, only because she goes to a public school, but she often goes back to memories she had with her. Another example will be the day of her party, a waitress turned around and Teagan bumped into her, Teagan decided to go the easy way and just fire the waitress, so she will look strong, she doesn’t want anyone to see how weak she can be.
QUESTION 2:Do you think you would read another book by this author? Why or why not?
RESPONSE 2 :Yes. I will certainly read another book by this author, it seems like she knows a lot about teenagers and what’s going on at this time period. I love to see the imagination she has with all her books and her topics. Her topics are very unique and I have heard many of my peers that “Meagan Meade’s Guide to the McGowan Boys” is very good. I have read the summary and it catches my attention every time I do. This isn’t the first book I read from her, I have read “Fake Boyfriend”. When I finished “Fake Boyfriend” it’s what immediately made me want to read another book by her. She writes specifically about everything that some of teenage girl’s life are like. They all seem very realistic story’s, so I would definitely read more books by her. It makes we wonder if they are going to confess anything and the book cover seems interesting as well !
