Dear Journal,

Today has been crazy and I'm scared ! Ralph Jack Simon and some of the hunters went to look for the beastie ! They haven't come back yet and i am alone with the little'uns. Apparently according to Robert which got hurt, by being the "boar" that Ralph hit but didn't kill. First it was a game but the it got more serious and then he got hurt because they jabbed him with the spear ! It is a very dun game. Even though Robert played rugger so he got hurt like that.

They were talking about how they should get drums and fire and a pig but Simon told me that Jack said that some one can pretend, so of course Jack Meridew suggested they should use a little'un ! How nice of him! Not at all, that's so mean, i personally cant even believe that he would say that . What kind of heart does he have ! So people laughed nut so what, i bet he is capable of doing it. Everybody is just so aggressive and violent now ! its crazy. Honestly i think it was stupid, someone got hurt. I know its not bad, but you know what about if it got to bigger stages ! But of course everyone was feeling so bravado.

We had a meeting a couple of days ago, and the topic of the beastie came up. So we started talking about it, and s there was different suggestions on weather the beastie lived on land, air, or water ! But It apparently according to SamandEric the beastie lives on top of the mountain ! They say they saw it and that it was chasing them, so they went and looked for it. When Simon came back he told me that Ralph, Jack and Roger where heading up the mountain to go look for the beastie ! Its night time how are they going to climb, crazy boys and if there is a beastie all they have are sticks they should have at least waited at morning when the sun is rising maybe a little earlier than that so it may be sleeping they be strong and there would've been light so they can see where they are stepping. So im alone with the litteuns all night with Simon and I'm impervious when i should feel sagely, for being older than them.
